If you start POV-Ray for Windows with no files open, the window title starts
as "POV-Ray for Windows". Now open a file, and the title changes to
"POV-Ray - C:\Path\to\file.pov". Good. But if you now minimize the window,
the title switches back to "POV-Ray for Windows". And if you then restore
the POV-Ray window, the title is still "POV-Ray for Windows".
